Why we built TvT

We set out to create a media server that makes organizing videos effortless—something you can install and upgrade with just a simple download and a click.

We wanted a way to enjoy our media without ads, unnecessary streaming services, or forced online accounts. And we didn’t want to deal with confusing pricing tiers—we just wanted a full-featured free version to test everything out, worry-free.

We also believe a media server should be truly yours. That means you can run TvT without an internet connection if you choose. It’s fully self-contained, with no need for third-party logins or constant check-ins with external services.

So, we built TvT. The only difference between the free and paid version? The ability to stream on multiple devices. Everything else is 100% free.

The free version includes 100% of the features and functionality of the licensed version, except for multi-device streaming.

Quickly navigate through your video! Double-tap the left side of the player to rewind 10 seconds, the right side to fast forward, or use the arrow keys for easy control.
